How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China 70%, USA 8%, Spain 7 %,  10 % Russia,and United kingdom %5 will be shipped by ePacket (92%), another shipping methods (8%) or our shipping service depending on the weight and size of the product. we will send an email to Spanish, Russian, American people if we can ship your product with our shipping service (4- 10 days )

 

Do you ship worldwide?

No. We provide free shipping to 25 countries around the world. 

 

why we can not offer international shipping

because of we unable to offer free shipping to these countries, we try to offer international shipping in the future

Shipment Processing Time:


All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at contact@mytopshop.store. 

sometimes due to logistic reasons and free shipping tracking is not available. specially for Australia and Germany sometimes we can not offer tracking number WE will email you before starting processing shipping we will send you all information ( tracking , return )

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent

in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

# NO REASONS RETURN: Dear customers if you want to return your product without any reasons you should to know You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item and we will deduct shipping cost from the refund this option for only %60 of our products so we will mail you with all product information and if we can offer free return before starting processing shipping

  •  In case you want to return an item then you have 14 days for that till the day you received it.
  •  To be eligible for return the item must be unused and in the same condition when you received it.
